Alina joined TierView Development in 2021 to lead the design department. Focusing on space planning, coordinating finish materials, and meticulous budget organization, she seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. Her role has since expanded to encompass entitlement work and she has spear-headed building marketing materials for every project. Alina enjoys collaborating closely with all departments to ensure tenants feel at home in the final building delivered.

Bill came to TierView Development in the Spring of 2023 to develop & manage the in-house construction department. Mr. Strehse comes to Tierview with over 30 years of experience managing construction projects from residential renovation to high-rise redevelopment. He has recently managed over 500 Million dollars of redevelopment in Philadelphia. Bill has managed projects in Miami, Washington, DC, and San Francisco, along with NYC and the country's Northeast region. 

Jenn joined TierView Development as the company’s third employee in 2013. Ms. Patrino oversees a $30 million portfolio comprising several hundred thousand square feet of commercial, mixed-use, and residential space in Austin, TX, and Philadelphia, PA. Jenn leads all acquisitions, design development, and construction administration for TierView Development.

Josh joined TierView Property Management in 2020. After building the organization’s first maintenance department, his team is now responsible for the upkeep and beautification of over 13 properties alongside the repairs of more than 500 residents.

Tim Lux joined TierView Development in 2020 to lead the development department, guiding projects from acquisition through stabilization while ensuring they meet timeline and budget requirements. He assists in the underwriting process to evaluate future deals through costing and identifying potential rent revenue. Tim also manages design, entitlements, and construction, delivering innovative, tenant-focused buildings for the property management team.
